  • CHOSE STYLE, OPENING, AND SUPPLIER OF DESIRED WINDOWS
  • CUT OUT EXISITNG WINDOW AND DISPOSE
  • MODIFY FRAME IF REQUIRED TO REMOVE ANY ROTTEN WOOD
    • DRIP CAP INSTALLED
    • FLASHING IF REQUIRED
  • MAKE REPAIRS TO INTERIOR LINER AS REQUIRED
  • INSTALL NEW WINDOW
    •  NAIL ON FRAME
    • RENOVATION REBATE FRAME
  • CAULKING AND SEAL AS REQUIRED
  • PRE-PAINTED MINI CROWN TRIM INSTALLED TO INTERIOR LINER
  • SITE LEFT CLEAN AT COMPLETION
